Iron & Gold Paint Watch Link High Cuff

Truly a piece of art jewelry, this oval shaped watch bracelet is made of cast acrylic metallic paints. There is a thin stainless steel screen foundation to make this bracelet be a flexible shape and feel much like a piece of clothing. The paint is combined with thicker acrylic mediums to allow for all of the watch parts to actually BE paint. These bracelets are quite lightweight, resist scratches, and comfortable to wear. This bracelet features a magnetic closure.

This bracelet is part of on ongoing series of cast one a kind acrylic paint bracelets. Molds were taken from "Watches, Watches" a larger tapestry of over 1500 watch links found over 39 months. Each bracelet is a fragment of the collection in one month of 2009.
